Storage space utilization and remaining capacity
Sum outer volumes of different items and compare total, usable and remaining storage capacity.
Sum outer volumes of different items and compare total, usable and remaining storage capacity.
Cuboid geometry estimate only. Excludes doors, hinges, rails, posts, shelf supports, curves, handles, deformation, hand clearance and entry paths. Measure the narrowest points before storage. No weight, floor load, vehicle payload, stacking safety or shelf-strength judgment. Defaults are editable examples. Length results in cm; volumes in L. Volume may fit while shape prevents actual storage. No gap, irregular-shape, layout or entry-path assessment. Default usable share is editable 100%. Maximum ten rows. Item names stay in the browser too.
Inputs are calculated only in your browser; never sent to the server, analytics or URL.
Method
Usable capacity (L) = Gross storage capacity (L) × Usable percentage ÷ 100; Total item volume (L) = Σ(Volume per item × Quantity)
Remaining capacity (L) = Usable capacity (L) − Total item volume (L); Outer-volume utilization (%) = Total item volume (L) ÷ Usable capacity (L) × 100
