A calculated business day is a civil calendar day that is not a weekend under the adopted weekend model and not a public holiday returned by the offline date-holidays dataset. Holidays that fall on weekends are not counted twice. LifeNaviHub computes these figures from published holiday and weekend data — they are estimates for planning, not statutory or contractual definitions.
